About Us
Evergreen Wellness Collaborative seeks to improve the wellbeing of our clients. We believe licensed professionals across multiple disciplines working together provides better holistic care for our clients than if we were to practice separately. We prioritize health of the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Every professional within our collaborative operates their own independent practice while collaborating with other professionals within the greater Evergreen community.

Provide holistic care through an integrative approach by professionals sharing resources, knowledge, and information to improve client wellbeing.
Location
We are located at the northwest corner of 49th and Dodge in the second floor, corner suite of the old “Piano Building” now called Dougherty Place. Parking is available in the lot behind the building and is accessed from 49th St.
